Delivery Time:
- Orders within India are delivered within 5-7 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. International Shipping may vary from 2-3 weeks.
Shipping Charges:
- Within India, meshkatea.com provides Free Shipping for orders above Rs 1500. There will be extra shipping charges for international orders.
Order Status:
- Once your order has shipped, the shipping and tracking information is emailed/messaged to you from our shipping vendor. You can use your tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.
- In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
- If you still have any questions, write to us at wecareforyou@meshkatea.com, and your issue will be addressed.
- Alternatively, we update shipping details against your order on your page on our website.
If you not at home?:
- We know you have things to do, so you may not be home for the delivery. The carrier is free to decide whether they should leave the package at your door or request you to collect it from the nearest pickup center. An intimation for the same would be given to you.
